Kandi powder is a delicious powder which you can mix with hot rice. Add ghee and mix..It tastes superb...

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the dals wash them and dry them properly.
There should be no moisture.
Next take a kadhai, put the washed dals and dry roast till the dals give a nice aroma.
* Step 2
Next dry roast cumin seeds and ajwain. Keep aside the roasted ajwain, zeera and black pepper powder.
Into the roasted dals, add dry red chilies and curry leaves.
Roast for some more time.
Do not over roast the dals.
Next cool everything to room temperature.
Put all in a grinding jar and grind into a fine powder.
Kandi powder is ready!!
Mix kandi powder with hot rice...add ghee and mix all together...
It's yum!!
