Beetroot rajma tikkis
This is a very delicious tikki made using super ingredients like beetroot, rajma, potato and roti crumb.
This is also a no onion and no garlic recipe.
It's gorgeous colour would allure you and yummy taste with make your taste buds happy...

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast sesame seeds and keep aside.
Roast rotis till they are crispy and then coarsely grind them. Roti crumb is ready.
Boil rajma with salt and water. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Steam the beetroot and grate them.
Next in a blender jar/ food processor put rajma, beetroot, roti crumbs, potato, fresh green chillies, coriander and mint leaves.
* Step 3
Put spices as mentioned above. Run in to make a dough type mixture.
Mixture must be coarse and not smoothly grinded.
* Step 4
Now take the mixture on a plate and mix to make it homogeneous. From that take out small portions. Give a tikki shape. Put sesame seeds on top.
Make all the tikkis.
Next heat a tawa/ pan. Put minimum oil. Arrange the tikkis and fry them at medium to slow flame, till they are cooked well. They must be nicely crispy too.
Flip and cook both sides.
