Button mushroom masala (dry)
This dish tastes no less than any non vegetarian dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan, heat it with oil, add chopped onion and saute till translucent.
* Step 2
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook till it loses its rawness.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomato.
Add salt, turmeric powder, and mix.
* Step 4
Cover and cook till tomato becomes mushy. Mash and check.
* Step 5
Next add cleaned mushrooms. Only separate the button and stalk. Put and mix well. Cover and cook till mushroom becomes soft.
* Step 6
As mushroom is softened. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and curry powder. Add little water and mix all well.
* Step 7
Now cover and cook again so that all the ingredients combine well.
* Step 8
Mix intermittently. Add water whenever required. Cook in open till you get a dry consistency.
Button mushroom masala (dry) is ready to serve.
