Sooji oats vegetable chilla
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl put sooji, oats, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ajwain,hing. Mix all well.
* Step 2
Next add curd into the mix. Add little water and mix again. After mixing, keep it covered for 15 minutes resting.
* Step 3
While batter is resting chop all vegetables and keep ready.
You can add in grated carrots, ginger and finely chopped coriander leaves too.
* Step 4
After 15 minutes, sooji must have absorbed water and oats also must have become soft. Add water to adjust consistency. Mix to make an even batter
* Step 5
Remember batter must not be too runny neither should it be very thick.
* Step 6
Next take the chopped vegetables and steamed cabbage and beans. Put all these into the batter. Mix well. Put eno and mix gently.
* Step 7
Now heat a tawa. Pour in ladle full of batter.
* Step 8
Brush some oil. Let it get cooked from one side.Flip and cook the other side too. Keep the flame slow.
* Step 9
Sooji oats vegetable chilla is ready... serve hot hot with sauce...Enjoy...
