In a vessel take out the pulp of juicy, pulpy mango. Keep aside.

Next, take a blender jar put sugar and cardamoms. Grind into a powder.

Into the blender now add mango pulp and blend.
* Step 4
As it becomes smooth, add milk and blend again into a smooth texture.
* Step 5
AAMRAS IS READY TO SERVE. Garnish with grated nutmeg. Mix.
