Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Mix the grated onion with the lamb mixed mince in a large bowl.
* Step 3
Spread and flatten the beef mixture across the pan and place the pan on stove over medium heat.
* Step 4
Go back to the kebab pan, allow the mince to become somewhat hardened, divide the flattened mince in 2 inches rows using a wooden wooden spatula turner.
* Step 5
Back to the rice pot, remove the napkin, pour in the saffron (zafran) mixture and cover the pot with the lid, continue cooking for 5 more minutes.
Fry few tomatoes and fresh green chilli in a same pan and serv as a side dish.
