Whole wheat bread is definitely a healthier alternative, because whole wheat flour has a lot more fiber and nutrition than the more processed white flours.

Ingredient

Food ration :

make 1 loaf

Cooking time :

4 hrs
388 g (3 cups)

wholew heat flour

2 tbsp (30 g)

sugar

1/2 tsp

salt

250 ml (1 cup)

warm milk

3 tbsp (50 g)

soft butter

Cooking instructions

Extra flour and little milk/water in case you need it Extra butter or cooking spray for grease the loaf pan.

Transfer to the counter, knead the dough until smooth, about 5 minutes or more. Put in the bowl and cover for an hour. Depending on your room temperature or somewhere warm place. When the dough is ready, put back on the counter, flatten divided in 4 equal parts and roll out using a rolling pin into a rough rectangle.

Roll the rectangle dough into a small log repeat process three other parts of the dough. Put the rolled dough seam side down in greased loaf pan. Cover 2-3hrs. Bake at 180°C (350°F) preheated oven, 35 - 45 minutes. Brush with melted butter hot bread enjoy with soup.🍜
