It is a very refreshing dessert which has a delicious strawberry compote base with soft vanilla sponge cake, vanilla bean custard and whipped cream. This recipe cake from scratch and i think it is really yummy so I hope that you enjoy it!

300 g (10 fl oz)

thick cream or heavy cream

400 ml (14 fl oz)

strawberry jelly

Cooking instructions

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture and mix well(do not over mix). Stir in the milk until it is well incorporated into the batter(Do not over mix).

Pour the Better in a prepared cake tin. Bake at 350 °F for about 10-12 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
