i personally like veg seekh kabab wrapped with tortilla with some fresh salad vegetables as veggie wrap rather than as a starter. but it even tastes great with the combination of yogurt + green chutney too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First all the vegetables drained and finely chopped set aside.
* Step 2
Grate boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl with all dried spices and add all the vegetables into it and mix well.
* Step 3
Divide the dough and make 9 equal portions. Roll them on tray about 3 to 4 inches long like a seekh kababs.
* Step 4
When the kebabs are golden, increase the flame to maximum and cook for few seconds switch off the flame now we r done.
Serve veg seekh kabab hot with mint chutney with fresh salad or make a wrap and enjoy! 😊
