Spaghetti Pasta Bolognese with Soya and Veggies

Bolongese is an Italian dish. It ,consists of spaghetti served with a sauce made from tomatoes, minced meat, garlic, wine and herbs. The meat sauce is known as 'ra'gu in Italy.
I have prepared this bolognese pasta with Fettuccine spaghetti, tomatoes and tomato sauce, Thyme here and vegetables. It's very delicious and my family loved it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange and assemble the ingredients at the onset.
* Step 2
Boil water in a wide pan. Add salt and 1/2 Tsp olive oil. Cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or until done. Wash with cold in a sieve and set aside.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan and fry minced garlic till aromatic. Add onion and saute till golden on low flame.
* Step 4
Then add chopped carrot, tomatoes, green bell pepper and boiled soya chunks with salt. Saute on high flame to keep the veggie crunchy.
* Step 5
Now add crushed black pepper, basil leaves and thyme herb. Mix well.
* Step 6
Next add tomato puree, suga. Add the boiled Fettuccine spaghetti and toss to coat with spaghetti. The bolognese is ready to serve as dinner. Thanks.
