Tomato Onion Rice Chilla
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind rice, daal and methi seeds to slightly thicker batter. Add curd and hing powder. Whisk together well. Rest the batter for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Mix tomatoes, onions with turmeric powder,salt and garam masala, curry leaves and green chilli.
* Step 3
Grease the pot/tawa with oil/ghee. Spread two small ladles full of batter, and rest the tomato onion masala stuff.
* Step 4
Roast both the sides with oil/ghee. Serve hot tomatoes, onions rice chilla with tomato sauce/chutney.
