Green Mango Soup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and chop the two medium mangoes into small pieces. Pressure cook for two whistles with half a cup of water. Open the cooker when it comes to cool down.

* Step 2

Heat butter and splutter the ponch phutan. Fry chopped curry leaves on low heat till aromatic. Add salt and turmeric and cooked mango with water. Add the sugar also.

* Step 3

Add corn flour, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and dry ginger powder with the rest of half a cup of water and make a slurry. Mix well with mango soup. Bring down and add roasted cumin powder. Njoy the delicious and soothing Sweet and Sour
