Raw Papaya and Potato Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil chopped papaya and half boiled potatoes in a pressure cooker. Chop the potatoes when cool down.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin, allow to splutter. Add ginger and chilli, saute and then mix tomatoes and salt. Fry till tomatoes soften and oil separate.
* Step 3
Add boiled potatoes and papaya, boil for a minute. Switch off the flame and add roasted cumin powder and coriander leaves and mix. Serve with Poori/ Parathas.
