Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Punch the knife, wash and dry bring. Remove the skin when cool down and mash.
* Step 2
Heat oil, add hing powder, splutter mustard seeds, add mashed garlic, chopped onion, and green chili as well as a red chilli. Cook till aromatic.
* Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, and salt. Cook till tomatoes are mushy.
* Step 4
Now mix the roasted Brinjal, ghee, and roasted cumin powder. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and serve.
