Potato/Aloo Curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add bay leaf and cumin seeds and allow to splutter.
* Step 2
Add onion and fry till golden brown. Takes 2 to 3 minutes.
* Step 3
Mix ginger and garlic paste and saute till rawness is gone.
* Step 4
Now add tomato puree and chilli powder, kasoori methi dry leaves. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
* Step 5
Add salt and turmeric powder, kasoori methi dry leaves and saute for 2-3 minutes till oil is separated from masala with a nice flavour.
* Step 6
Mix rest of the dry masala and cook the masala on low heat. Add potato chunks and cook for 2 minutes and mix the required amount of water.
* Step 7
Bring to boil and serve the delicious potato curry after garnishing with coriander leaves.
