Ingredient

Food ration :

Six pancakes

Cooking time :

12-15 mins
as per taste

Salt

1 Tbsp

rice flour

1 Tbsp

cornflour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I took rolled oats in bowl added rice flour, cornflour and 2 cups of warm water. Mix well and rest for 10 minutes.

Then mix the dry powder masalas and curd.

* Step 3

Now mix the chopped ingredients. Rest the batter for 30 minutes. Adjust seasoning and water of the batter.

Grease the hot iron tawa/ non-stick pan. Pour a ladle of batter and spread evenly. Cover and roast on medium heat.

* Step 5

Flip the pancake, roast the reverse side. Serve hot Oats Veggies Pancakes with Tomato Sauce/curry.
