Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan heat ghee. On low heat roast buckwheat powder till you get nutty aroma.
* Step 2
Mix dates paste with buckwheat. Mix well on low flame.
* Step 3
Then add roasted sesame seeds, cinnamon powder and cardamom powder. Mix well and when it come together and leave pan, bring down.
* Step 4
Allow to cool down a bit. Grease a little ghee on your palm and make sesame seeds ladoos. Enjoy in the festive time, all time.
