Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean, wash and chop karela to small chunks. Don't scrap outer covering. Chop potato, removing the skin. Chop onion and separate into large and small parts.

Heat the oil on a pan. Add cumin and allow to splutter. Add large part of chopped onion and fry. Add green chilli also

* Step 3

Mix chopped karela, potato, turmeric and salt. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add and mix rest chopped onion. This will increase the taste of karela.

* Step 4

When the cooking is about to finish, add amchur powder and jaggery powder. Mix well

* Step 5

Fry till the crunchiness came. Bring down from flame, add and mix lemon juice. Serve delicious Karela Aloo fry with steamed rice and/roti.
