Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I chopped the washed amla to retain their vitamin C and the taste.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add ponch phutan and let them splutter.
* Step 3
Cover and cook amla on low heat for 5-7 minutes to make them half soften.
* Step 4
Bring down and allow to cool. Store inside a clean and sterilized glass jar. Within half a day the Amla pickle is ready to consume. You can serve in party.
