* Step 1
Heat oil on the pan. Saute garlic and onion till rawness is gone.

Add chopped bell paper and carrot. Saute for 30 seconds.

* Step 4
Saute and mix with veggies. Add boiled rice noodles. Add and mix the three sauces well.
* Step 5
