Kadhi Pakodi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make pakodi, mix its ingredients, written above. Add little water to make a thick batter.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Make small pakodi and deep fry from all sides. Keep aside.
* Step 3
For kadi, mix whisked curd with besan, turmeric, salt. Mix well and add 2 cups of water
* Step 4
Heat oil. Add to splutter methi, jeeera, and mustard seeds. Add chopped onion and garlic and fry till rawness is gone.
* Step 5
Add besan, curd water, and allow to boil. Add the prepared pokodi and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Bring down from flame. Heat oil for tadka. Add the ingredients of tadka to hot oil, after some seconds, add the tadke to kadhi pakodi. Now kadhi pakodi is ready to Serve.
