Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil, add seeds and peppers, and allow the splutter. The saute curry leaves and hing on low heat till aroma comes.
* Step 2
Mix the chopped apple, salt, chili powder, and cinnamon powder. Add pomegranate arils and mix well with masala after switching off the flame.
* Step 3
Cooldown and grind to a smooth paste with little or no water.
* Step 4
The delicious red apple and pomegranate arils chutney is ready to serve. My family enjoys this chutney with roti/ paratha.
