Vegetable Soya Pulao

This mixed vegetable pulao is another favorite recipe of mine and my family. This is a great comfort recipe. This recipe doesn't need any accompaniments to savor with. Only some fresh curd, raita, or even salad with this recipe will do. It's a simple, delicious and hassle-free, wholesome recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a pan. Add bay leaves to hing powder(from ingredients section). Saute till aromatic. Add chopped onion and fry till done.
* Step 2
Add all the dry masala, 2 Tbsp water, and saute on low flame till oil gets
separated from the masala.
Mix the chopped veggies with masala well. Cook for a minute.
* Step 3
Heat 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker. When it starts boiling and soaked rice and halt cooked veggies. Cook for two whistles.
* Step 4
Serve delicious, flavored mixed vegetable pulao with masala curd and salad.
