Walnuts Spring and Paneer Rolls

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To start with, oil in a pan. Saute chopped garlic for a minute. Add onion and green chilli, saute till rawness is gone.

Mix blanched, chopped spinach and sweet corns. Fry in high heat to dry water from palak. Add walnut and mix well.

* Step 3

Bring down the stuffing and allow it to cool down. Add crumbled paneer, salt and pepper and mix well. Set aside.

To make wraps, mix maida and water, mix well, sieve to discard any lumps, mix salt and rest the batter for 15 minutes

Heat a pan on low heat. With the help of a nylon brush just brush the batter thinly in circular motion on the pan.(see the photo)

Increase the flame and with in 15 seconds the wrap will leave the sides of the pan. Flip the wrap cook the side. This is an easy way to make spring roll thin wraps. One can see the stuffing form outer edge.

Allow the wrap to cool and then stack them. I got 8 wraps. Keep the remaining batter to use as glue the rolls.

* Step 8

Take sufficient fillings in the wrap and glue them with maida batter. Shallow fry in a greased pan with oil. It takes about 10 -12 minutes to fry 3 spring rolls at a time. Serve with chilli garlic home-made sauce.
