Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the ingredients of garam masala and onion masala and make a paste in grinder.
* Step 2
Take sprouts in pressure cooker. Add water, turmeric and salt and cook for two whistles. Allow to cool naturally.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and allow to splutter. Put the curry leaves and saute for some seconds. Add hing powder and saute.
* Step 4
Now add the masala paste and cook on medium to low flame till the water dries up.
* Step 5
Add cumin-coriander powder and pav-bhaji masala with 2 Tbsp water and jaggery powder. Cook till oil separated from masala.
* Step 6
Add the boiled sprouts and adjust water for gravy. Mix well and allow to boil for 5-7 minutes.
* Step 7
Bring down from flame. Garnish with chopped onion, green coriander, green chilli, chopped tomatoes, lemon wedges, sev mixture and serve with Pav.
