I have made simple and easy yet ,delicious recipes for this cooksnap challenge. Moreover, I focused to recreate those recipes , whose ingredients are readily available in house. I thank, all the efficient authors for their commendable potentiality and wonderful as well as eye-catching shares of recipes. I tried to make and got beautiful response. My special thanks to all admins of #CookpadIndia for this contest. I would like to thank Mrs.Bibhasini Patra, for the great and delicious recipe shared. Ingredient

Food ration :

10 pithas

Cooking time :

30-35 mins
1/4 cup

jaggery

3/4 cup

milk

1 tsp

saunf

1 pinch

salt

As required

Ghee to roast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First mash the bananas. In a bowl take all ingredients. Make smooth batter.

* Step 2

Greas a griddle with ghee. Drop a ladle of batter. After 2 minutes flip and cook the other side.

Kela pitha is ready. Serve with honey and chocolate.
