Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add dry chillies and ponch phoran. Allow phoran to splutter.

Add chopped garlic and slit green chillier. Saute for 1 minute.

Add chopped onion then. Mix salt and turmeric powder and saute till onions and transparent.

* Step 4

Add chopped eggplant and tomatoes. Mix well. Cover and cook till brinjal get cooked on low heat.

* Step 5

When it's done bring down from stove and mix well the roasted cumin powder. Serve as a main /side dish in lunch /dinner. Thanks
