Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat cumin and dry red chilli in a kadhai on heat. When cumin start to splutter, bring down the kadhai. Make powder from roasted cumin and chilli with roll pin on a board.
* Step 2
Heat mustard oil on a kadhai and add mustard seeds, allow to crackle.
* Step 3
Mix chopped onion and green chilli and saute till rawness is gone.
* Step 4
Add the chopped potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Mix well, cover and cook 3 minutes on high flame. Remove the cover and cook till soft and crispy.
