Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak basmati rice 3 hours. Decant water and spread rice on a plate. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Take soya chunks and all masala given in ingredient section as well as salt and green coriander
* Step 3
Make mince of soya and masala. Make lemon size balls out of the minced soya.
* Step 4
Roll the masala soya balls on rice. Arrange the balls on cavities of idli maker plates.
* Step 5
Steam the soya momos for 12-15 minutes on pre boiled water of steamer/idli maker.
* Step 6
Garnish with red chilli powder and serve hot with chutney.
