Pinwheel Sandwich

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Grind and make coriander dip/hot chutney. Make paste of ginger and chilli.
* Step 2
Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok. Fry ginger -chilli paste, half a minute on low flame.
* Step 3
Add chilli powder and turmeric powder and fry for some seconds.
* Step 4
Add coriander powder, garam masala and salt and chaat masala. Cook for some seconds. Add chopped green coriander and switch off the flame. Remove the potato masala to a bowl.
* Step 5
Remove the corner of bread slices. Flatten all the bread slices with the help of a roll pin.
* Step 6
Spread 1 tsp pizza sauce on a bread slice and then place another bread slice over it. Spread 2 tsp of potato stuffing over it.
* Step 7
Place another bread slice over it and spread and spread 1 tsp green coriander dip.
* Step 8
Roll, fold and seal the pinwheel on a foil sheet. Keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
* Step 9
Remove the sheet and cut each roll into 3 pinwheels.
* Step 10
Heat butter in a nonstick pan and fry them from evey side. The pinwheel sandwiches are read to serve with dip and tea.
