Banana Gulgule

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, chop and mash one banana. Rest three bananas to be pureed in grinder.
* Step 2
Grind sugar, cardamom and black pepper to powder.
* Step 3
In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, mashed and pureed bananas, and rest all ingredients.
Mix well to form a thick batter. Rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 4
Heat ghee+oil. Drop batter with a spoon/palm. And fry in low to medium heat, both sides.
* Step 5
When gulgule becomes golden brown drain them out of the oil. Serve hot the flavourful and delicious gulgule. Thanks
