Spicy Masala Paneer

Spicy Masala Paneer

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the paneer into small cubes. Take a bowl and add curd into it followed by all marinade ingredients and mix well.

* Step 2

Add the paneer cube to the marinade for 30 minutes.

* Step 3

Grind the masala paste ingredients and keep aside.

* Step 4

Meanwhile, take out the marinade paneer from the curd mixture and shallow fry them on low heat.

* Step 5

Heat oil in kadai and fry the masala paste on low heat,till oil separate from masala.

* Step 6

Add the remaining curd mixture and garam masala power and saute it for some time until both the mixtures get blended well.

* Step 7

Once done, add the fried paneer and bring to a boil. Bring down and add cream. Mix well.

* Step 8

Spicy masala paneer is ready to serve. Serve hot with rotis or parathas or rice.
