Tomato Shorba

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Oil the tomatoes and garlic and roast on medium flame. Remove the skin and chop tomatoes, when cool down. Chop roughly garlic also.
* Step 2
Heat oil. Saute bay leaf,cloves, cardamom, cumin seeds and cinnamon powder.
* Step 3
Add chopped garlic and grated ginger saute,till rawness goes.
* Step 4
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric,chilli powder, salt and crushed black pepper. Saute till aroma come out.
* Step 5
Cool down and sieve on a stainer. Collect the masala tomato pulp in a sauce pan. Add 2 cups of water, boiled carrot, peas and boil for 10 minutes.
* Step 6
Tomato Shorba is ready to serve. Adjust seasoning before serving. Add butter if you like.
