Frosty Chocolate Cake with Toppings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First grease the baking dish with some oil. Take some salt in a heavy bottom pot. Keep a 1/2 inch stand on the salt. Cover the pot and pre-heat for 5-7 minutes on low-medium flame.
* Step 2
Meanwhile, sieve flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda and keep on a plate.
* Step 3
In a another pot, take sugar. Add cold water and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add sunflower oil and brisk well. Then add lemon juice and vanilla extract and mix well.
* Step 4
Add the sieved ingredients to wet mixture. Stir well, avoiding any lump formation.
* Step 5
The batter is slightly thinner. Pour the chocolate cake batter to the prepared cake tin.
* Step 6
Tap the cake tin,to release air bubbles. Keep the cake tin in the pot. Bake first 10 minutes, on high flame and then keep the flame and low-medium level and bake for 25 minutes.
* Step 7
To make the frosting, take, sunflower oil, milk and sugar in a pan. Mix and dissolve sugar on low heat. Then add cocoa powder and coffee powder. Switch off the flame, when dissolve and mix well.
* Step 8
When still hot, pour the frosting. Pour evenly with spatula and keep in the fridge to set for 2 hours. Cover the cake with frosting with a dome shaped cover.
