* Step 1
Heat the ghee and powder sugar. When the sugar caramelised, add 1 tsp water.
* Step 2
When the caramel sugar, cool down a little, after switching off the flame, add rest all ingredients like coconut powder, condensed milk and cardamom powder.
* Step 3
Mix and make the dough. Make coconut balls out of the dough.
