Mushroom Santula

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and chop the mushrooms. Wash with enough water with turmeric (2 pinch). Press with both the palm to discard the washed water. Keep on a plate.
* Step 2
Remove the skin of potatoes and turai. Chop into small pieces. Chop onion, green chilli (not firey) and tomatoes.
* Step 3
Heat oil in kadhai. Crackle mustard seeds. Add red chili. Saute for same seconds. Add and saute green chilli and chopped onions till rawness is gone.
* Step 4
Add the chopped, turai and fry for 2 minute. Mix the chopped potatoes, salt and turmeric powder. Cook, covered on low heat till 80% is done.
* Step 5
Add the mushrooms and tomatoes and cook till the curry is done. Mushroom leave water. I left the mudroom santula with some gravy. Enjoy the dish, with hot roti or steamed rice.
