Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix 2 kind of rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds in a pot. Take poha in another bowl. Wash both, many times to get a clean water. Soak rice mixture for 3 hours. Wash poha thoroughly and soak for 15 minutes and then mix with Rice.
* Step 2
Grind to get batter, and keep covered in a dark place to ferment naturally. Then add hing, salt and 1 tsp sugar to enhance the taste and colour.
* Step 3
In a kadhai heat 1 tsp oil. Add 2 laddles of batter. No need to make thin circle. Add the veggies mixture. And 1 tsp oil on the Utthapam.
* Step 4
Cover and cook both the sides on low to medium flame.
* Step 5
Serve soft and spongy Utthapam, with mouthwatering tomato mix chutney and enjoy your breakfast.
