1/4 cup

curd

2 tsp

oil

1/8 tsp

baking soda

1 pinch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the dry ingredients of pizza base. Add oil and curd and make a soft dough like that of roti. Cover and allow to rest the dough for 20 minutes.

Divide the dough into three parts and roll out like rotis. Prick the rotis to keep them flat.

In a kadhai make the pizza bases in low to medium flame,to keep the pizza base crunchy.

* Step 4

Spread the sauc over the pizza base, then spread the chopped veggies, cheese cubes, black pepper and chopped basil leaves mixture.

* Step 5

Top the mini pizzas with grated cheese. Cook in covered kadhai in low flame till the cheese melts and the pizza crusts become crispy. Serve hot pizzas. Thanks.
