Veg-cheesy Pizza

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients of pizza base. Add oil and curd and make a soft dough like that of roti. Cover and allow to rest the dough for 20 minutes.
* Step 2
Divide the dough into three parts and roll out like rotis. Prick the rotis to keep them flat.
* Step 3
In a kadhai make the pizza bases in low to medium flame,to keep the pizza base crunchy.
* Step 4
Spread the sauc over the pizza base, then spread the chopped veggies, cheese cubes, black pepper and chopped basil leaves mixture.
* Step 5
Top the mini pizzas with grated cheese. Cook in covered kadhai in low flame till the cheese melts and the pizza crusts become crispy. Serve hot pizzas.
