Gobhi Masala

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, wash and dry the gobhi florets. Marinate with given ingredients in marinade section for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Meanwhile chop the onion, crush the garlic cloves, slit the green chili and chop tomato.
* Step 3
Heat kadhai with oil. On medium flame fry the marinated gobhi florets just to keep them crunchy. Bring down them to a plate.
* Step 4
To the same oil in the kadhai add panch phutan and let them splutter. Slow down the flame, add and fry the crushed garlic and split green chilli.
* Step 5
After half minute add the chopped onions and fry till translucent. Then add chopped tomatoes, salt as required, Kashmiri chilli powder. Fry the masala till the tomatoes are soft and mushy. Add the garam masala powder and mix well.
* Step 6
Now add the fried gobhi florets. Mix the masala carefully so as not to break the florets. Cover and cook for two minutes on slow flame. Serve with poori or paratha.
