Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make the dough mix all the ingredients. Add water little at a time and make the dough. Rest the same for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Roll out the paratha in triangle shape after brushing ghee.
* Step 3
Mix the stuffing ingredients lightly. Open the broad end of paratha and fill with stuffing evenly.(see in pics)
* Step 4
Cook till the egg stuffing will rise inside the paratha.
