Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the 2 brinjals. Give cuts. Apply 1 tbsp oil on both the brinjals.
* Step 3
Peel off the skin and if possible avoid washing to retain the original aroma if you like.
* Step 4
Now heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and carrots till translucent. Add garlic ginger, green chilli and saute till release aroma.
* Step 5
Add chopped coriander, mix and cook on slow flame for 5-7mins.
