Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make Dosa consistency like batter with dal paste, rice powder and required amount of water. Add all the ingredients to the batter and mix well. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat a pan and grease with oil. Take a cup of veggie mix batter and spread with light hand.
Cover and cook both the side in medium flame. If required take extra oil. Serve hot with tomato sauce or coconut chutney.
