Capsicum and Potato Masala

#ebook25 #onerecipeonetree #TeamTrees This is a very simple recipe with capsicum (shimla mirch) and potato and masala magic of Maggi. It's taste is totally different with this masala and delicious also.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Fry now the chopped onion till golden brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste, tomatoes, salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder. Cook in low-medium heat till the oil separates. Now add chopped capsicum and potato. Cover and cook till they are soft. Add Maggi magic masala and mix well and cook for a minute. Serve hot with roti and parantha. Thanks
