Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Crush the garlic pods. Take a Tadka pan. Heat the butter in medium heat.
* Step 2
Add the crushed garlic and cook for 2 minutes until the garlic starts floating. This garlic butter can be kept in refrigerator for 1 month
* Step 3
Let the garlic butter rest for 5 minutes. In the meantime take the mini buns.
* Step 4
Then add chopped onion,green chilli and tomatoes. Spread the cut processed cheese spread on the top.
