Cooking instructions
* Step 1
With the ingredients of stuffing masala of sattu paratha, make the dry stuffing. Keep aside.
* Step 2
To make the paratha dough, mix all the ingredients of Paratha section except lukewarm water and oil to make parathas. Then make the dough with required amount of lukewarm water.
* Step 3
After making the dough, cover and rest it for 15 minutes. Then make big lemon size balls.
* Step 4
Fill the stuffing generously. Gather the sides of the filled dough to make stuffed Sattu dough balls.
* Step 5
Make parathas with roll pin and cook both the sides in medium heat with the oil. Serve hot with green chutney or matar Curry.
