Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the rajma in sufficient water overnight. Next morning clean and pressure cook. Let the cooker cool naturally. Mash the boiled rajma with a masher.

In a pan heat 1 tbsp oil. Add shahjeera and let it splutter. Add all whole garam masala, bay leaf and cook in medium heat till aroma comes. Now add chopped onion, garlic ginger,green chili and tomatoes,salt and turmeric. Cook till soft and allow them to cool. Grind this to fine paste in a grinder.

* Step 3

In the same wok heat rest cooking oil and ghee. Cook in low, medium heat till oil separates from masala. Now add rest dry masala and boiled rajma. Adjust salt and water for gravy. Cook 3m25 to 30 minuter with cover.
