Usually children avoid to eat vegetables. But veggies with pizza seasoning, in dosa Dosa batter , children will certainly like in their tiffin box.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
I have dosa powder with 3:1 raw Rice and white split Urad dal.
* Step 2
Mix 2 cup powder, add methi powder and make the batter with water. Let it ferment.
* Step 3
In a microwave glass bowl take the chopped veggies and mix 1/2 tsp oil and half cook in microwave.
* Step 4
In a wok heat 1 tsp oil. Half fry the chopped onions and grated Ginger. Add the veggies and rest masalas and salt.
* Step 5
Cook for 2 minute and the veggies masala is ready now.
* Step 6
In nonstick pan take oil, then a ladle of batter and spread 1 tbsp of cooked veggies marsala. Cook both sides in medium heat.
* Step 7
Yummy Mini pizza Uttapam is ready for children's tiffin box. Serve elders with mint and coriander chutney.
