This is a one of the favourite dish for mushroom lovers. It's made with masala , butter , cream and lot of tomato puree.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean the mushrooms. Cut into half the large ones.
* Step 2
Saute them in 1 tsp butter for 1 minute. Don't throw the water released. It can be used in making curry.
* Step 3
In a wok heat rest of the butter. Splutter the cumin seeds.
* Step 4
Add the ground masala and cook in medium flame till the butter separates.
* Step 5
Mix rest ingredients like dry masalas and sauces and sauted mushroom with water.
* Step 6
Cook for 2 minutes. Adjust the salt.
* Step 7
Garnish with chopped Almonds and serve hot the restaurant style Mushroom Makhani.
