Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a heavy bottom pan heat the ghee in low medium heat. Fry the nuts and then the grated mawa.

* Step 2

Add grated carrot and a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes to get soften gajar.

Now mix condensed milk and cook till moisture dries up. Cool and mix cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped pista.

Yummy and mouthwatering gajer halwa is ready to serve. Thanks. 🙂 Note: Condensed milk has sugar.
