Gajar (Carrot) Halwa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a heavy bottom pan heat the ghee in low medium heat. Fry the nuts and then the grated mawa.
* Step 2
Add grated carrot and a pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes to get soften gajar.
* Step 3
Now mix condensed milk and cook till moisture dries up. Cool and mix cardamom powder. Garnish with chopped pista.
* Step 4
Yummy and mouthwatering gajer halwa is ready to serve.
