Spring onion ki Sabzi
Ingredient

3 to 4 servings
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pressur cooker put all the ingredients.(except green chilli, chopped garlic, mustard seeds and mustard oil)
* Step 2
Place 1/2 cup of water in cooker.
* Step 3
Cover with the lid and cook for one whistle, let it cool.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a kadhai and add mustard seeds. Let it splutter.
* Step 5
Then put green chilli and garlic. When the garlic turns brown add the mixed spring onion from pressure cooker.
* Step 6
Lncrease the flame and dry the excess water
* Step 7
Spring onion subzi is ready. Serve hot with Roti or Rice.
